Once the package arrives at the pickup point/Locker, it will be available for collection for 3 business days. If not collected, the package will be returned to the sender and all shipping costs (both ways and storage fees) will be charged to the buyer.

Free shipping applies to orders up to 25Kg in weight (the greater weight between volumetric and actual weight is considered)

Remote or Difficult Areas: Surcharge applied by the courier (will be communicated before shipping).

Orders over 25 and up to 50 kg: €12.90 Charged at the time of shipping with modification of the placed order;

Orders over 50 kg: Customized rates, contact us before purchase.
🔎 Tracking & Delivery

You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.

If the courier finds no one at the time of delivery, they will make a second attempt the following day.

After two failed attempts, the package will be held in storage: in this case we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
