Your rewards dashboard provides a complete overview of your points balance, tier status, and available benefits. Visit the "Rewards" section to view your points history, redeem rewards, or check your progress towards the next tier level.
Advancing through our VIP tiers is simple: earn points through purchases and program activities. Each tier has specific point requirements, and your progress is clearly displayed in your rewards dashboard. The more you engage with our program, the faster you'll unlock premium benefits.
Your reward points are yours to keep indefinitely. There's no expiration date, giving you complete flexibility to save and redeem your points whenever you choose. We believe in rewarding your loyalty on your terms.
To redeem your rewards, log in to your customer account and then:
1. Open the Loyalty widget, either via the floating widget or the dedicated page in your customer account;
2. Check the available rewards;
3. Click on the desired reward;
4. Click to apply the reward from the widget. For monetary discount rewards, ensure the products you wish to apply the discount to are already in your cart and that the cart total meets the minimum requirements for the chosen reward;
5. Once applied, the widget should indicate that the reward is active.
The reward should then carry over to checkout and appear as an applied discount, provided the order meets the reward's requirements.
N.B. Rewards can be redeemed one at a time; it is not possible to combine multiple rewards in a single order.
