How to place an order
Add all the desired products to your cart, then select "View cart" to see a summary of the selected products, followed by "Buy now" to proceed to checkout and enter your personal and shipping details.
Before purchasing products that require specific sizes, measurements, or ingredients, make sure you select the correct product! Pet Boutique cares about the environment, and a potential return would cause twice the CO2 emissions.
If, despite everything, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return what you ordered to us. You may also make a partial return, meaning you can return just one item from an order containing several items.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
PetBoutique complies with the legal provisions protecting and guaranteeing consumers.
All products on the website www.petboutique.it come from regular Italian distributors or importers duly authorized by law.
PetBoutique complies with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, concerning post-sale warranty obligations for contracts entered into between consumers and professional operators for the sale and purchase of consumer goods.
