How to place an order
Add all the desired products to the cart and then select "View cart" to see the summary of the selected products and then "Buy now" to proceed to checkout and enter your personal and shipping details.
Before purchasing products that require specific sizes, measurements or ingredients, make sure you select the correct product! Pet Boutique is attentive to the environment and any return would cause double Co2 emissions.
If, despite everything, your purchase doesn't convince you, you can return what you ordered. You can also make a partial return, i.e. even just one item from an order that includes more.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
PetBoutique observes the dictates of the law regarding consumer protection and guarantee.
All products on the site www.petboutique.it they come from regular Italian distributors or importers regularly authorized by the legislator.
PetBoutique applies the provisions of the Legislative Decree. n. 206 of 6 September 2005 regarding post-sales guarantee obligations on contracts stipulated between consumers and professional operators having as their object the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
