⚠️ Exceptions and Surcharges
- Free shipping applies to orders up to 25Kg in weight (the greater weight between volumetric and actual weight is considered)
- Remote or Difficult Areas: Surcharge applied by the courier (will be communicated before shipping).
- Orders weighing over 25 and up to 50 kg: €12.90 Charged at the time of shipping with order modification made;
- Orders weighing over 50 kg: Personalized rates, contact us before purchase.
🔎 Tracking & Delivery
- You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.
- If the courier finds no one at the time of delivery, they will make a second attempt the following day.
- After two failed attempts, the package will be held in storage: in this case we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
