- Free shipping applies to orders weighing up to 25 kg(the greater of volumetric weight and actual weight is taken into consideration)
- Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas: Surcharge applied by the courier (you will be informed before shipment).
- Orders weighing more than 25 kg and up to 50 kg: €12,90 Requested at the time of shipment with modification of the order placed;
- Orders weighing more than 50 kg: Custom rates, contact us before purchasing.
🔎 Tracking & Delivery
- You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.
- If the courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, they will make a second attempt the following day.
- After two failed attempts, the package will be held at the depot: in this case, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
