This dog coat offers your dog maximum protection! The reflective and waterproof dog fur repels protects your dog from vehicles, cold, and rain. The belly coverage provides extra protection against winter weather while still allowing your dog to move freely.
This layer is coated to make it water-repellent, which will keep your dog dry in case of rain. The dog's fur and belly cover are padded with 150 g of fiber filling to keep your dog warm on cold days. The inside of the dog coat is lined with artificial rabbit fur, ensuring that the coat stays in place on your dog. The rabbit fur is also very soft and acts as an insulating layer to maintain your dog's body health. Shape and size The dog coat fastens first at the chest, then you can secure the belly with two other strong Velcro closures. Your dog should not step into the dog coat. We have also included a hood in the same reflective fabric that can be folded down for extra protection around the neck. The coat is machine washable at 30 degrees, tumble drying is not recommended. For better water-repellent results, we recommend using a fluorocarbon treatment on the coat after it has been washed more than five times.
HOW TO MEASURE To achieve the most comfortable fit for your dog, we recommend measuring your dog's back length. Measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Compare these measurements with the sizes below to get the right size. If you have questions about the right size, our customer service is happy to help you.
To choose the right product for your dog, you need a soft tailor's measuring tape. The measurement must be taken carefully with your dog standing on all four legs, and depending on the measurement you need, proceed as follows:
Back length:
Measure the length of your dog's back by measuring the distance between the shoulder blades and the base of the tail (the dog should be standing to ensure an ideal measurement). The measured length can be used to determine the clothing size.
Chest:
Measure the circumference of your dog's abdomen just behind the front legs at the widest point of the chest. The tape should be positioned tightly so it does not move; add 2 cm to the measured width to get the chest measurement.
Neck circumference:
Measure by placing a flexible tape measure around the center of the neck. The tape should be tight, then add 2 cm.
