The air freshener with fine bamboo sticks will allow you to spread an intimate and welcoming fragrance into the environment but above all delicate and respectful of your four-legged friends.
The product was formulated and created by selecting raw materials from natural fragrance extracts such as fruits, flowers, oils and resins, creating fragrances that pervade the environment in a selective and persistent way.

ADVICE AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE FOR THEĀ ROOM SCENTER WITH STICKS

Position the perfume diffuser a maximum of 150 cm from the ground, ideally aboveĀ a table. Avoid exposing the speaker to direct sunlight or near heat sourcesĀ because intense heat excessively accelerates evaporation, makingĀ the fragrance is less effective, as well as reducing its duration; avoid forĀ same current reasons or air conditioners. It is recommended for first useĀ turn the sticks over after about an hour. Below we recommend turningĀ the sticks two/four times a week. This operation is necessaryĀ to reach the maximum performance of the sticks and to regulate the intensityĀ of the fragrance in the environment; in fact every time the sticks comeĀ upside down you put more essence into the air. The duration of the fragranceĀ varies depending on the environment, heating, direct light, sun,Ā of the position and air currents which can accelerate consumption. We expect an average shelf life of approximately 1 month for the 100 ml format,Ā approximately 2 months for the 250 ml format and approximately 1 year for the 2500 ml format. We recommend using caution when turning them upside downĀ the sticks not to let drops of essence fall on the support surfacesĀ (wood, porous marble, etc.) because it could cause minor damage if necessaryĀ occurs, we recommend drying as soon as possible. The fragrance is onĀ alcohol based, so never light the sticks for any reason. ThereĀ diffusion occurs by capillarity and not by heat. Every time it runs outĀ the fragrance in the bottle, the sticks must be replaced because they have lost theirĀ capillarity (the power of perfume diffusion) in the case of 2500 ml laterĀ about 6 months it is recommended to replace the sticks. The refills have inĀ supplied with a new kit of sticks. The fragrances are rich in essencesĀ natural therefore they can undergo color changes in contact with lightĀ or air and also in contact with the sticks. The color difference of the sameĀ fragrance that varies from one batch to another, does not affect the quality of theĀ perfume as the colorants are added in the maceration processĀ of the fragrance. All this happens in a totally artisanal way withĀ food coloring.

To choose the right product for your dog, you need a soft tailor's centimeter. The measurement must be taken carefully and with your dog standing on all fours and depending on the measurement you need, proceed as follows:

Back Length:

Measure the length of your dog's back, measuring the distance between the shoulder blades and the base of the tail (The dog should stand upright to ensure an ideal fit). The measured length can be used to determine clothing size.

Chest:

Measure the circumference of your dog's abdomen just behind the front legs at the widest point of the chest. The tape measure must be positioned tightly so that it does not move, to the measured width, add 2cm and you get the measurement at chest height

Crew neck:

It is measured by placing a flexible tape measure around the center of the neck. The tape measure must be narrow, then add 2 cm.

Order processing times

The orders, following verification of the availability of the goods and collection of the authorized amount, will be entrusted to the courier within the working day, if the workable order arrives in our systems by 12.30 pm for standard shipments and by 4.30 pm for express shipments while beyond this time the delivery to the carrier is postponed to the next working day.

The courier in turn undertakes to deliver within 24/48 working hours from the time of collection or on the first available day.

The expected delivery times for islands and disadvantaged areas may increase by 24/48 working hours.

EXCEPTIONS

- For shipments weighing more than 50 kg, the shipment (courier limits) cannot be an express shipment, but must be organized ad hoc with the support of customer service.
