WHY A COMPLETE FOOD?
Most wet foods on the market do not provide sufficient nutrients to meet all the nutritional needs of dogs and cats. For this reason, they are defined as complementary and need to be supplemented with additional nutrients to avoid deficiencies or imbalances that could be harmful to the animal's health. N&D Ocean, on the other hand, both in its kibble and wet versions, is a complete food, meaning it contains ALL the elements and nutrients necessary for the daily well-being of our four-legged family members, allowing them to consume it exclusively. Ideal for mix-feeding.

Automatically selected shipping (The system always pre-selects the cheapest shipping), provides delivery to the nearest pickup point or locker compared to the indicated address.
If there is no Locker/Point near the indicated address, PetBoutique will contact the customer to evaluate whether to keep this shipment or opt for home delivery with an adjustment of the cost.
Once the package arrives at the pickup point/Locker, it will be available for pickup for 3 working days. In case of failure to pick up, the package will be returned to the sender and the full shipping costs (both legs and storage costs) will be borne by the buyer.

Orders weighing over 25 and up to 50 kg: €12.90 Requested at the time of shipping with modification of the order placed;

🔎 Tracking & Delivery

You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.

If the courier finds no one at the time of delivery, they will make a second attempt the following day.

After two failed attempts, the package will be held in storage: in this case we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
