Furthermore, Seresto reduces the risk of transmission of leishmaniasis transmitted by sandflies or sandflies (Leishmania infantum) for up to 8 months and, thanks to the antifeeding effect towards ticks, indirectly reduces the risk of transmission of canine ehrlichiosis and canine babesiosis for 7 months.
