To choose the right product for your dog, you need a soft tailor's centimeter. The measurement must be taken carefully and with your dog standing on all fours and depending on the measurement you need, proceed as follows:

Back Length:

Measure the length of your dog's back, measuring the distance between the shoulder blades and the base of the tail (The dog should stand upright to ensure an ideal fit). The measured length can be used to determine clothing size.

Chest:

Measure the circumference of your dog's abdomen just behind the front legs at the widest point of the chest. The tape measure must be positioned tightly so that it does not move, to the measured width, add 2cm and you get the measurement at chest height

Crew neck:

It is measured by placing a flexible tape measure around the center of the neck. The tape measure must be narrow, then add 2 cm.

National Shipping Costs (Italy)

Shipping to PICKUP POINTS and STANDARD is free* starting from 75.01 euros net of all discounts, which means that if applying a discount code the total cart amount falls below 75.01 euros, shipping costs will be added.

For this type of shipment, it may be necessary, depending on the type of order, an additional package, so in the case of orders with multiple items, in some cases, the cost may be calculated as if it were a separate order.

TIPS:

To ensure delivery takes place without difficulty, remember to:

• indicate the exact street number and the specific postcode of the area (not the generic one of the city)
• indicate precisely the name or number displayed on the doorbell of the residence
• if it is a job position, indicate the name of the company 
• indicate the phone number to which the recipient will receive all order information and the request from the courier for the customization of the delivery date and time

Shipments to Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia and to disadvantaged areas: some postal codes are notoriously difficult to reach due to geographical limitations and/or access restrictions. In these cases, couriers apply special rates that do not fall within the ordinary pricing plan. The cost difference is paid by PetBoutique.

The normal shipping rate for all of Italy will be applied to the customer.

Order processing times

Orders, subject to verification of the availability of goods and collection of the authorized amount, will be entrusted to the courier by the end of the working day, if the workable order arrives in our systems by 12:30 for standard shipments and by 16:30 for express shipments, while beyond this time the delivery to the carrier will be postponed to the next working day.

ITALY: The courier undertakes to make the delivery within 24/48 working hours from the moment of collection or on the first available day.

The expected delivery times for islands and disadvantaged areas may increase by 24/48 working hours.

EXCEPTIONS

- For shipments weighing over 50 kg, the shipment (courier limits) cannot be an express shipment, but must be organized specifically with the support of customer service.

- The request for delivery to the floor is not included in the shipping cost, if requested a supplement of 9.00€ + VAT will be charged. Normally, carriers provide the service at the customer's request without notifying the sender, so the payment request for the service will occur within 30 days following the delivery of the package.

The additional costs of courier services are applied to all orders regardless of the amount of the purchase made.

If the recipient is absent on the first delivery attempt, the courier will attempt to deliver the goods a second time.

"If the delivery does not occur again, the courier opens a storage case and informs us of the status of the shipment."

If the recipient finds a non-delivery notice left by the courier, he must take care to follow the instructions on the notice.
