Aloeplus® Otorì is an ear emulsion with cleansing, emollient, and soothing action. Thanks to its natural components with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, and re-epithelializing effects, it can be used both for regular cleansing and in cases of itching, malassezia, bad odor, redness, mites, or other ear problems. It helps remove excess earwax and protects the skin from redness and inflammation.

PROPERTIES OF THE COMPONENTS:

Due to the action of mannose and plant hormones (gibberellins and auxins) present within Aloe, and the extract of Calendula.

Why do we avoid the use of chlorhexidine?
The use of chlorhexidine can involve various risks, especially if used improperly or in the presence of particular ear conditions.

Skin irritation
The skin of the ear canal in dogs and cats is very sensitive. High concentrations of chlorhexidine can cause redness and discomfort, worsening pre-existing conditions such as inflammations or small lesions.

Allergic reactions
Some animals may develop allergies to chlorhexidine:

- Dog's resistance to having its ear touched
- Dryness of the ear canal
