Dog Coat Monsoon Mora

The essential protective garment on windy and rainy days.

Monsoon is our most popular wind and rain jacket.
Its fabric is soft, compact and silent in movement. Its treatment is Teflon-free and 100% ECO.
The adjustable internal collar limits the quantity of water drops that, running down the dog's neck, wet the chest.
The prints and inserts are made with the best 3M reflective material (500 lx/m2) and ensure high visibility in low light conditions and on gloomy days.

The jacket's design, specific to the Premium range, guarantees protection, comfort and stability.
The garment is adjustable at the neck, chest and tail.

The Monsoon jacket is Oeko-Tex 100 certified for the safety of the dog, the owner and the environment.
The fabric of the ECO version is made from recycled sources.

From the coat to the technical garment

Why go from a simple coat to a technical garment?

Because it is light, breathable and perfectly shaped. Thanks to the innovative and patented technical materials, the dog coat has become much more comfortable and more tolerable even by dogs less accustomed to the use of protective clothing. The low weight and impeccable design of our garments (imitated all over the world) make the dog free to run and jump. Muscles and joints are protected, coat and skin respected, humidity and odor drastically reduced.

How to take care of clothes

All items of clothing, if washed and dried carefully, retain their characteristics for longer.

Technical fabrics, in particular, must not be washed at temperatures higher than indicated and never dry-cleaned. They should be treated with neutral detergents without softeners and should never be spun. Heat sources should be avoided when drying.We always recommend hand washing.

If the label requires machine washing, we suggest placing the garment closed (zip/buttons) and never inside out in a special washing bag. Use a rapid 30° program without spinning. As a detergent, use only neutral soap without fabric softener. Do not dry the garment with heat sources but simply hang it indoors.

With these measures, the leader will be able to protect the dog for the time necessary to go out and for longer.

To choose the right product for your dog, you need a soft tailor's centimeter. The measurement must be taken carefully and with your dog standing on all fours and depending on the measurement you need, proceed as follows:

Back Length:

Measure the length of your dog's back, measuring the distance between the shoulder blades and the base of the tail (The dog should stand upright to ensure an ideal fit). The measured length can be used to determine clothing size.

Chest:

Measure the circumference of your dog's abdomen just behind the front legs at the widest point of the chest. The tape measure must be positioned tightly so that it does not move, to the measured width, add 2cm and you get the measurement at chest height

Crew neck:

It is measured by placing a flexible tape measure around the center of the neck. The tape measure must be narrow, then add 2 cm.

Shipping can be activated with the customer's choice of delivery point and has package size limits linked to the size of the lockers.

By way of example, kennels over 60X40 cm do not fit in the locker and consequently the system will not offer the possibility of choosing this type of shipment.

NOTE: If at the time of purchase, the customer does not select the locker, the package will be directed to the locker closest to the address indicated in the order.

In case of non-collection, shipping costs for sending and returning the package will be charged

On average, delivery times do not exceed 4 working days but can be longer due to problems related to overwork by carriers and in particular municipalities or disadvantaged areas. Express

 Home 1-2 working days in mainland Italy and 3-4 working days in the islands and in particular areas. This type of service is always managed in priority, and in the event of work overload on the part of the carriers, the inconvenience for the recipient is minimal. The deadline for shipping an order with the Express option is 4.30pm. Orders received after this time will be delivered to the courier the following working day

For this type of shipment, depending on the type of order, an additional package may be necessary, so in the case of orders with multiple items, in some cases, the cost could be calculated as if it were a separate order.


TIPS:

To ensure delivery takes place without difficulty, remember to:

  • indicate the exact street number and the specific postcode of the area (not the generic one of the city)
  • indicate precisely the name or number on the doorbell of the house
  • if it is a workplace, indicate the name of the company 
  • indicate the telephone number at which the recipient will receive all the order information and the courier's request for the customization of the delivery date and time

Shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia and to disadvantaged areas: some postcodes are notoriously difficult to reach due to geographical limitations and/or access restrictions. In these cases, couriers apply special rates that are not included in the ordinary rate plan. PetBoutique pays the difference in cost.

The customer will be charged the normal shipping rate for all of Italy.

Order processing times

The orders, following verification of the availability of the goods and collection of the authorized amount, will be entrusted to the courier within the working day, if the workable order arrives in our systems by 12.30 pm for standard shipments and by 4.30 pm for express shipments while beyond this time the delivery to the carrier is postponed to the next working day.

The courier in turn undertakes to deliver within 24/48 working hours from the time of collection or on the first available day.

The expected delivery times for islands and disadvantaged areas may increase by 24/48 working hours.

 

EXCEPTIONS

- For shipments weighing more than 50 kg, the shipment (courier limits) cannot be an express shipment, but must be organized ad hoc with the support of customer service.

- The request of the delivery to the floor is not included in the shipping cost, if requested a supplement of 9 will be requested, €00 + VAT. normally carriers carry out the service at the customer's request without giving notice to the sender, therefore the request for payment for the service will take place within 30 days following the delivery of the package.

Additional costs for courier services are applied to all orders regardless of the amount of the purchase made.
