PetBoutique.it offers a recurring subscription service (hereinafter "Subscription") that allows individual customers to automatically and regularly receive recurring consumable products such as, for example, dog and cat food, cat litter, etc., for their pets.

Orders placed under the subscription program will be treated like other orders. Given the perishable nature of the products handled, RETURNS are NOT accepted, except in case of delivery errors attributable to PetBoutique.it.

All orders placed through the subscription program benefit from a discount on the regular price of the item. The discount varies depending on the type of plan chosen, and in any case, the percentage of the chosen plan is calculated on the current selling price. Since the subscription purchase price is calculated as a discount percentage on the selling price at the time the order is created, any one-time changes in selling prices will consequently cause a variation of the  subscription price.

PetBoutique.it reserves the right to change prices without notice.

At the time of purchase, of a product with an active subscription sales plan, customers on the product page can select the subscription plan that best suits their needs, and the subscription contract becomes effective with the purchase of the first order.

Customers can start a subscription at any time and it will be treated as a standard order, with shipping the next business day. The customer will receive an email notification for each shipment, indicating the selected products and the amount charged. The customer can suspend, modify, or cancel shipments at any time by accessing their customer area.

Payment for the first order is made at the time of subscription. Payments for subsequent orders will be charged to the bank card registered by the customer at the time of subscription. Credit cards and SEPA direct debits are the only accepted payment methods for orders made through the subscription program.

If the credit card is invalid at any time during the subscription period, or if payment is declined for any other reason, PetBoutique.it  will send an email to the customer at the address associated with their account, informing them of the subscription suspension and asking them to update their payment details. The subscription will be suspended and no further orders will be processed or shipped until the payment details are updated. If one month after the payment issue the payment details have not been updated, the subscription program will be canceled.

Subscribing does not involve additional costs, only the price of the ordered products and any delivery charges. The subscription contract is indefinite. The customer can cancel their subscription for free by accessing their customer area.

The choice of delivery method is made at the time of subscription and cannot be changed later through the customer account.

Customers can change the delivery frequency up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery by accessing their customer area or sending an email to customer service, specifying the subscription reference number and their contact details.

For logistical reasons, requests submitted after this deadline cannot be considered.

Customers can request suspension or modification of the subscription at any time by accessing their customer area. Subscription changes, if requested less than 7 days before the order is shipped, will be recorded but will take effect from the next shipment.

The subscription can be suspended without additional costs.
