Methods of sale

  • The sales prices of the products on display and indicated within this website are inclusive of I.V.A. and any other tax;
  • The cost of transport being subject to discount policies and variations according to the location of the goods you can verify it before confirming the purchase.
How to insert an order

Add to the cart all the desired products and then select "View cart" to see the summary of the selected products and then "buy now" to proceed with the checkout and enter your personal and shipping data.

Before making the purchase of products that need specific sizes, measures or ingredients, be sure to select the correct product! Pet boutique is attentive to the environment and a possible return would cause double the CO2 emissions.

If despite all your purchase you don't convince you, you can make us what you have ordered. You can also make a partial return, that is, even just an article of an order that includes more.


Product guarantee

Petboutique observes the dictates of the law in the protection and guarantee of consumers.

All the products on the site www.petboutique.it They come from regular Italian distributors or importers regularly authorized by the legislator.

Petboutique applies the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005 regarding the obligations of after -sales guarantee on contracts stipulated between consumers and professional operators concerning the sale of consumer goods.



If the products received were not to your liking, you can return by the 14th day (calendar) from the date of receipt the products purchased without having to specify the motivation, we will refund you the corresponding sum already paid (excluding shipping costs). It is also possible to make a partial return, for this reason customer service at your disposal will support you in all phases via email (resi@petboutique.it), WhatsApp and telephone (+39 388 077 2066).

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed by Legislative Decree 22/05/1999 n. 185, relating to the protection of consumers regarding distance contracts.

Essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal is the return of the products intact in their original packaging (the goods must not have been used, or tampered with).

In accordance with the law, the shipping costs for the return are at your expense and the cost at the agreed rate, will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

ATTENTION: No feed is packaged in vacuum mode, the bags that seem under vacuum are pressed by companies during the preparation of shipments. The fact that the sack is not pressed does not alter in any way the quality and conservation of the feed itself, therefore Pet Boutique does not accept requests for made this sense.


Return policy

If you want to make a product, Petboutique, once the practice has started, will send the courier directly to your home to collect the package and you will no longer have to worry about anything, just follow this simple procedure:

  • Select the product and the quantity insert the image of the product you want to make as received by inserting the original packaging in the photo (if you arrive damaged or not compliant with your request).
  • Select the return reason indicates if you prefer to receive a shopping voucher or reimbursement
  • Wait for customer service communication regarding your request.
  • At the receipt of the return you will be sent an email from Rei@petboutique.it with the letter of car to shipping, which you will have to attack on the package (in a legible way) before delivering it to the courier who will come to collect the package at the address indicated by you even if different from the original delivery address.


  1. Do not use the product, do not detach the label and do not open the package, because in this case we will no longer be able to accept the return;
  2. Pack the product in the box where you received it or in any other suitable box, NOT Use too light or weak packaging, the product could damage;

If you choose a courier of your confidence, the expenses will be charged to you.

If the product you purchased seems defective to you, contact us and we will help you in solving the problem. Refund reimbursements for tampered products will not be accepted as it would be impossible to determine whether the malfunction is due to a factory defect in the product or to incorrect use.

The reimbursement practice will take place after receipt of the Paco at our warehouse and control of the goods sent using the same payment method.

For the return not attributable to the discrepancy or non -compliance of the product, shipping costs will be retained. This amount will be previously communicated to you and reduced by the amount of the refund. If you have opted for a discount voucher for a future purchase, the shipping costs will be paid homage to Petboutique.

If you paid with PayPal, return costs will be reimbursed, net of shipping costs if due.

ATTENTION: If the product you have purchased comes broken, damaged or not compliant with respect to what is ordered, the return will be completely free, as well as the new order issued for the replacement of the items covered by the return.

The responsibility for the shipment of the product is of the customer until the same receipt. So in case of loss, damage for bad packaging or delays of delivery at our warehouse (over the 14th day from the date of receipt) the return practice cannot be accepted.



The customer is also required to verify the integrity of the goods upon receipt: the complaints deriving from transport damage must be communicated in writing within 3 days of receipt. Customers are invited to sign with reserve when the hills seem, even if only slightly, damaged.

The following rules apply to the right of withdrawal:

  • The customer must be a private individual.
  • The product must be intact, complete with all its parts, including packaging.
  • The rendering goods cannot be a customized or customized article (Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, 3.
